During each game, the concession stand will be staffed by parents. Those wishing to avoid this duty may purchase the Concessions Opt-Out.
The league schedule will not be finalized until after the first two weeks of practice. Once we know when the home games are, there will be a brief sign-up period, after which open spots will be assigned to families yet to volunteer or opt out.
Our rosters may be split into multiple squads per age group. This is to maximize playing time, and as a result, the development of each athlete and the program as a whole.
Coaches will split the squads up after the first two weeks of practice.
Effort will be taken to keep the teams evenly matched for skill; we will not have a “good” team and “bad” team.
Dividing our talent across multiple teams will lessen our chances at a championship. As stated above, our primary goal is to pursue state championships at the high school level, and fielding multiple teams per age group done in pursuit of that goal.
Rookie/Pro Football
The only weather cancellation will be thunder/lightning. Please dress your athletes accordingly. Games will be played in heat, rain, and snow, so we need to practice in those conditions as well.
Arrive 45 minutes before kickoff (the time on the schedule)
Our players will be held to a higher standard of behavior and academic performance than their classmates
School faculty and staff have been instructed to contact President Landy directly with any reports of players misbehaving. Those reports will be addressed during conditioning at the following practice.
Players will wear their jerseys to school on Fridays before games.
